Daniel. Can't open excel/word file from Downloads folder. Gets insufficient memory and disk space. Cleared temp folder. Also has Nitro Pro 9 Add-in dialog box with 14 PDF files open. Sent Word file to 2 staff. No issues for them. Rebooted his PC. Opened word file again. Almost freezes pc. Gives a Text Recovery converter. File called Tender Response Schedules. file is 133KB..Doc file extension.. Can't open. Advised to re-download file again. Appears to be corrupt. Unblocked a different excel file
