Helena B. Background screen is black and stays black. She though IT was connected. Rebooted PC but she kept the power button pressed in. Removed power cable. Powered up. Took about 5 mins to power up. Disconnected from her PC. Background changes to normal. Connected. Goes black. Tests OK now..
